In order to provide identical welding quality for all of its production, Genthial has invested in a robotized welding installation.
The capacities of this new equipment are:
- Maximum diameter 1200 mm
- Maximum length 2000 mm
- Maximum piece weight 500 Kg
Delevery time: June 2022.
New 3D laser cutting machine
Having more and more large parts to cut, the company GENTHIAL has invested in a 3D laser cutting with a power of 4Kw fiber with a stroke:
- in X of 4100 mm
in Y of 2100 mm
in Z of 1020 mm

GENTHIAL invested in two numerically controlled lathes
The company GENTHIAL decided to completely revise its possibilities in the field of machining and invested in two numerically controlled lathes.
GENTHIAL will now be able to machine parts up to a diameter of 900 mm CNC lathe.
This new equipment will be operational in late March 2014.
