Sheet metal work
GENTHIAL has set up a sheet metal work department enabling it to provide additional operations such as laser cutting, folding, and welding.
Multi-station folding work means GENTHIAL can make complicated geometrical parts in one go.
Assembly by welding the part is carried out by various techniques:
- Longitudinal automatic welding (TIG, MIG, Plasma)
- Spot welding
- TIG, MIG fusion welding

- CN folding press, 8 axes
- Spot welding machine
